What the Warranty Covers

The 1-year warranty covers all Kinematika Pro models: electronic components, ceramics and mechanisms. Warranty repairs are free and use original spare parts. Repairs we carry out are guaranteed for up to 6 months.

If Something Breaks

Message us on Telegram, WhatsApp or MAX and describe what is happening, by voice or video if you like. Over a video call, a technician will show you what to check and find the cause.

All spare parts for our models are in stock at our Moscow warehouse. After diagnostics we ship the part by CDEK the same day, free of charge under warranty. We guide you through the replacement by video; it usually takes about 20 minutes. In Moscow you can also come to our service center.

Address: 49 Arbat St., a 4–5 minute walk from Smolenskaya metro station. Open daily from 12:00 to 21:00.

Maintenance and Consumables

The UV lamp is rated for 8,000 hours of operation, which is about 3–4 years. The carbon filter is replaced every 6–12 months. Foam for the foam shield is available in the Accessories section; read more about consumables in our article on foam, filters and other consumables.

Returns

You can return a toilet within 14 days of receiving it if it has not been used and its condition and original packaging are intact. Pickup within Moscow is free. We refund your money within 10 business days after we receive the item.
