Delivery & Payment

Orders ship from our Moscow warehouse on the day of payment. Our own courier delivers within Moscow, and carriers handle the other regions.

Delivery in Moscow and the Moscow Region

Within Moscow and the Moscow Region, your order is delivered by the store's own courier in 1–2 days. Delivery within Moscow is free. The courier will agree the date and time with you in advance.

In Moscow and the Moscow Region you can also order installation. It is a separate service; see Smart toilet installation for details.

Delivery to Other Cities in Russia

We ship to the regions with carriers such as CDEK, PEK, DPD and others. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on the city and costs from 1,500 RUB.

For CDEK, the cost and delivery time are calculated right at checkout on the website: enter your city and choose delivery to your door or to a pickup point. Once the order ships, the manager will send you a tracking number.

How much does smart toilet delivery cost?

Delivery within Moscow is free. To other cities in Russia it costs from 1,500 RUB; the exact CDEK rate is calculated at checkout.

How fast will my order arrive?

Moscow and the Moscow Region: 1–2 days. Other regions: 3–7 business days depending on the city. We ship orders on the day of payment.

Can I pay on delivery?

In cash to the courier, for delivery within Moscow and the Moscow Region. Orders to other regions ship after payment by card, SBP QR code or invoice.
